Registration
- When does booking close?
- November 8, 2026 for rooms at the MicroNOC group rate. After that the unused rooms are released to the resort and the group rate ends. Registering for the event itself stays open — you would just book your own room with Kalahari.
- Do I need a ticket as well as a room?
- No. One registration covers the conference and the welcome party, and there is no charge for either. Adding a room is the step straight after you register — rooms are held in a MicroNOC block at Kalahari at a group rate.
Rooms
- Why does my room say “pending hotel confirmation”?
- Because it is not booked until Kalahari says so. We send the rooming list to the resort, and your room is only confirmed once they return a confirmation number. We email you the moment it arrives.
- What comes with the room?
- Every room in the MicroNOC block includes waterpark access for up to four people and a $200 arcade credit.
- What about deposits, holds and cancellation fees?
- Those are the resort’s terms, and we publish them only once Kalahari confirms them to us in writing. Until then the site shows a holding notice rather than a figure we cannot stand behind.
Program
- What is a Bizcation?
- A conference built around a resort rather than a convention center. The program runs one full day, and the rest of the week is yours for meetings, the waterpark, or both.
- What language is the conference in?
- Sessions are in English. This site is available in English, 繁體中文 and 한국어.
